District Forms Must Be Completed!
All students must be registered in the District Admissions offices prior to attending school. Parents can register their students beginning in April for the next school year OR once the school year has started, within two weeks before the student will be attending school. It is not necessary for the student(s) to be present when registering at District Admissions.
Please follow these instructions, based on your needs:
New West MS Students:
Step One: Please be sure you register your student with District Admission first: CCSD District Admissions
Step Two: Next, please complete the Online Parent Forms with the instructions provided to you by the admissions office or here.
Step Three: Once your parent forms are completed, West will send you a link to our new student registration website to proceed with registration at the school level.
Withdrawing West MS Students:
West's Registrar will assist you. Please send an e-mail to mfried@cherrycreekschools.org. Be sure to include your student’s full name, date of birth, the grade just completed at West, your new address, and your new school.

As each new school year begins, Fox Ridge parents and guardians must complete the online registration process through online Parent Forms.
