West Middle School wishes you a fantastic Summer Break!
Our school office will be open during the summer from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, beginning June 2nd through July 25th. After July 25th, we will return to our regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Please note that we are CLOSED June 20th-July 4th.

CCSD Back to School Hub
The Cherry Creek School District hopes you’re enjoying a wonderful summer! No Cell Phones on Campus

NO ENERGY DRINKS ALLOWED ON CAMPUS
REMINDER:
What the WMS handbook says: The amount of sugar and caffeine in energy drinks can cause serious health problems for some students.
**As a result, energy drinks are strictly prohibited at all times on school grounds.**
Children's Hospital's reasoning behind warning against energy drinks: High doses of caffeine may work together with the other ingredients in energy drinks to cause adverse reactions like sleep disturbances, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, anxiety, irritability and vomiting. They have also been reported to cause very serious problems such as seizures, cardiac events, and even death. If you’re looking for a boost of energy, don’t put your health at risk by reaching for an energy drink. Instead, concentrate on effective training, healthy eating and getting adequate rest.
Availability of Language Services

The Cherry Creek School District provides interpretation and translation services into languages other than English for all parents and guardians. For any questions about language services call 720-554-5046. |
Food and Nutrition Services
The Food and Nutrition Services Department has moved to a new software program for all operations. All meals (breakfast and lunch) remain free for all students this year due to the Free Meals For All legislation that passed in November of 2022
