Picture Retakes
Van Gogh Photography will be at West on September 20, 2012 for students who missed Check-in Days or want to have their pictures re-taken.   For Student ID’s, students who received an ID at Check-in and have lost it can get a replacement one for $2 from the COSA office.  Students who did not receive an ID at Check-in will be able to get their first one free of charge on September 20th during SSR.
 
The photographers will be taking individual photos for those students that were not at check-in or meet one of the acceptable reasons for retakes listed below.
 
 
Acceptable:
Eye Closures
Out of Focus
Off Centering
Glare in Glasses
Photographic Flaws (marks on photo)
 
Unacceptable:
Change of Clothing
Acne/Braces
Hair style change
 
Please return the entire package of pictures you are unhappy with to the photographer at retakes. The photographer will print the original package ordered with the new image.
 
Please download and fill out the Picture Package Order Form (PDF) below and bring it with your payment to the photographers on September 20, 2012.
