Magazine Sales

West Middle School’s Annual Magazines Drive!

This IS the simplest fundraiser ever!

This year’s goal is only _7_ orders per student – easily attainable for everyone!

We are very excited to announce that we are working with a new Magazine Fulfillment Company this year!!!

The most important strategy is to start right away, so customers have time to buy!

Kids who used the internet last year were VERY successful!  Here’s how to do it:

1.     Parents, go to: www.fundraisingmagazines.com\westmiddle  .  Our School Code is: 12174i  There are over 600 different items that you can choose from to help support our school.  At Check Out, enter your student’s name and our school code to receive credit!

2.     SEND EMAILS:  Parents, go to: www.RssFundraising.com . Click on Student Email Campaign and follow the directions.  We have already created the Email for you.  Just cut and paste the designed message into your email and send.  You can import your address book or enter each one.

3.     Remember- You can renew your magazines which will add an extension onto your current magazine subscription.  Make sure your name and address are the same as current subscription.

Other tips: Direct people to go shop on www.fundraisingmagazines.com\westmiddle . They will need to know school code 12174i and student name at check out.  Students will receive credit for all these sales too!  If there’s no internet access, just take your catalog to people you know – family, neighbors, friends, parents’ co-workers, etc.  Some kids have been extremely successful asking their doctor/dentist office and local businesses for magazine renewals.
